Why put another "Blog" out on the Web for people to find recipes and chat like a "Foodie Expert" ?? It really comes down to the fact that my father recently started his own Blog (I thought it was a great idea), my co-blogger (Kim) and me learned to love the "Fresh Foods" you could get in our 7 years of living in California, an quite frankly the last reason is that we spend most of our evenings in the Kitchen of our 1870's Central PA Farmhouse. We tend to always cook for more than the two of us, so most of what we'll share is recipes that will feed at least 4 adults. Like most of you, we tend to have our favorite comfort foods on a regular basis, but they are almost always "upgraded" with a unique ingredient such as a spice blend, fresh fruit or vegetable or a nice protein cut. Hopefully what we share will inspire you to spend more time with Family and Friends cooking, sharing knowledge and methods and providing a platform to discuss how to make food healthier for us all. We hope you enjoy and hope to hear from you !!!
